Kelly Gallagher is an executive leadership coach focused on decision-making, generative conflict, energy and change management. She’s also one of the few ICF credentialed coaches with proven and extensive corporate business development success — which means more than just understanding leadership theory. Kelly succeeded and sold in high-stakes environments for decades.

Kelly holds an MS in Management, Leadership and Organizational Behavior from the University of Texas at Dallas (Naveen Jindal School of Management) and a BS in Life Sciences/Health Education from Indiana University Bloomington.
She is credentialed by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) at the MCC level, placing her among the most rigorously trained coaches in the world. She is also certified in MarketPlace Culture Assessments and is a featured speaker in the University of Texas Coaches Practitioners Series.
Experience & Background
Before founding Gallagher Executive Partnerships in 2017, Kelly spent nearly two decades in senior corporate roles — including nine years as Senior Business Development Manager at NMS Labs, where she led strategic sales growth across a 20-state region, and five years at KV Pharmaceutical, where she was a four-time Presidents Club winner and National Representative of the Year. That front-line business experience is the backbone of her coaching: she has been in the room, hit the numbers, and led the team.
Today, her coaching practice spans executives, business owners, and entire organizational teams — helping them move from stuck to strategic, from reactive to responsive, and from conflict-avoidant to conflict-capable.
