I work directly with a limited number of high-level professionals and programs. My primary specialties are business development, consulting, and executive leadership coaching. I have over 30 years of corporate success in this area across multiple industries and am one of only a handful of ICF credentialed coaches with the documented business experience needed to successfully engage in business consulting. Challenging teams and individuals to communicate directly and professionally, improve productivity, drive business, and negotiate more effectively are frequent requests. I am also university credentialed and trained in executive coaching, leadership coaching, life coaching, and group coaching.

I typically work with clients utilizing a customized coaching plan that we create together. Your plan is customized to be unique to your goals. The first step is an initial consultation, done virtually. From there, we will build your plan together.
